Prop Amelia Williams grabbed a hat-trick of tries to inspire Loughborough Women to the BUCS Super Rugby Milk Championship title with a 45-5 victory over Brunel at Rodney Parade.
Loughborough came into the game as favourites and with Williams to the fore raced to a commanding 26-0 half-time lead,
Brunel showed plenty of spirit and were rewarded with a well-worked try from Scarlet Down.
But it was Loughborough who showed their class with Williams (3), Tamsin Baynes (2), Sarah Shrestha and Ashton Adcock scoring. Fly half Ella Barnes added ten points off the tee.
